This necklace is not signed but is consistent in design detail and construction with pieces made by the Neiger brothers. The glass cabs are made to simulate Onyx and a red Coral. The coral cab at the top of the Onyx central pendant has a chip (which you can see in one of the close-up photos) but due to the size and location of the chip it is noticeable mainly on close inspection. There are some chips to the enameling (two of the white ball beads have the most chipping) but the enameling is strill bright and 80-85% intact. There is a tiny tiny chip to the top of one of the coral drops but there are no other chips to the glass and the piece is fresh looking with a setting that has a nice patina that shows off its detail. Overall this is a finely made and uniquely designed, Art Deco glass and enamel necklace, that was made by the Neiger Bros. during the 1920's - 30's that is in very good condition.
