This is an old antique Italian hand carved large shell cameo brooch pendant that has a 14k yellow gold mounting that is on a 14k gold chain from wonderful estate. The chain is marked 14k Italy and also has a hallmark I cant read. The cameo is marked 14k on stick pin section. See photos. The cameo with mounting is 2 1/8\" counting bail or 1 3/4\" by 1 1/4\". The cameo shell is 36mm by 24mm. The cameo looks to have a signature on back. The chain is 1 1/2mm wide and 18\" long. The lady cameo with a rose and wearing pearls is beautifully carved with fabulous detail. The filigree mounting is spectacular. I see no defects to note. You should love condition and beauty.
