This is a vintage Psychedelic eyeball Luv Go Go Pez. There is a crack in the hand on the attachment ring under the thumb on the front. The hand is till well attached however and opens up smoothly. There are no other cracks or chips. The decals have a few minor scuffs and wrinkles on the very edgesbut are generally very flat and intact. There are no other mentionable imperfections.
