I am not sure just how this safety knife is suppose to work. Blades need to have switch pulled back and button pushed to open, no spring action. Smaller blade is real tight, larger a little lose. Thebladeshave to be pulled out....If held upside down its easier to open. Celluloid Tortise shell body. There is a small crack near one of the releases, it does not go all the way through. The larger blade has the tinist bit if its tip either missing or flatten. Both blades are in decent condition showing some use & wear. See pictures to grade, questions ask, I'll do my best....No buy it nows. Low start on a rare little knife......Length of knife closed: 3 3/8 inches

short blade: 1 3/4 inches

long blade: 2 1/16inches
