Going by the shape of the headstock this uke is more than likely a Regal Soprano from the \'Golden Hawaiian Era\', as early as 1910 perhaps, not later than the 1930s.
Quite an interesting old instrument in that you rarely find early ukuleles this undisturbed.
Bridge never off .. neck joint tight and original.
It retains lustrous finish and for a musical instrument that weighs 9.6 ounces, it is a revelation ... the volume and tonal range are extraordinary.
The frets are perfect .. the intonation right on the money. It was built using excellent craft. The sound hole rosette is trimmed with fine rainbow purfling and the top and bottom are secured with luthier kerf as used on the finest guitars and ukuleles of the period.
