This is a Pair of Mallard duck decoys by the famous decoycarver Gus Nelow of Omro Wisconsin. Circa. 1940’s. Excellent form and style.They are standard size decoys 16” and 18\" long. They are in strong original paint withlight wear overall. There is a slighthairline crackin the neck of the Drake and asmall chip on the left side of the tail.Nelow’s are hard to find and desired by collectors for their “folkylook”.
