Offered here is a Vintage Art Deco Gilded Amethyst and Jade Glass Necklace with Enamel.
This Czech made necklace is unique for its STUNNING Geometrical profile. It boasts a striking \"4\" part pendant that features Amethyst and Jade Glass.....offset with contrasting Cornflower Blue Enamel. The pendant is heavily Gilded.....with Ornate embossed designs on the back. It\'s embellished with cascading glass drops.....giving it plenty of sway and movement when worn. The Peanut Link chain completes the piece.
Condition: There is slight surface wear to the Jade glass.....visible with magnification. The Amethyst glass also displays light wear.....although there is a scratch and a chip on the lower right corner that can be seen upon close inspection. There is no wear to the enamel and the Gilding is completely intact on the pendant.....although it is mostly worn off the chain.
All in all.....this is a DRAMATICALLY designed Czech necklace estimated to be circa 1920/30\'s that is in Very Good vintage condition.

On Jan-30-16 at 19:43:56 PST, seller added the following information:
I was asked by a potential buyer to confirm whether or not the long jade glass on the left side of the pendant had hairline cracks. After looking it over in highly magnified lighting I\'ve come to the conclusion that these are cracked. They have now been inspected very carefully and although they are cracked they are solid in the bezel and don\'t move.....so the bezel is keeping the glass in place. This was not easily seen under normal lighting and I apologize for not noticing this when describing the necklace. If you are offerding and this is affecting your offer I have no problem if you prefer to retract you offer completely or enter a lower offer. Again.....so sorry this was not caught before I could revise within the listing.
