This necklace has a very pretty profile and frames the neck strikingly when worn. It has the style of pieces made in Italy and France so I\'m not quite sure where it\'s from. The glass beads are round and also in the shape of leaves so it looks like little clusters of flowers. There are missing beads and leaves, I see two wires with missing beads but there may be more missing it\'s difficult to say for certain but some of the clusters for sure aren\'t as full as others. Having said that there are no really obvious gaps and the necklace looks very full. There is one leaf that is chipped in half but the rest of the balls and leaves are intact. There are two greensemi-circle beads that are cracked and chipped, one has been glued in a repair at some point. Those two beads are vulnerable but they seem secure at this point. The chips and repairs to the glass are noticeable only upon close inspection and not as the piece is worn. The color palette of the necklace is very pretty and looks very much like spring. Overall this is a beautifully designed and colorful, pate de verre glass necklace, that was made in France or Italy during the 1930\'s - 40\'s that is in good condition.
