This is a finesterling silver 925 brooch with a beautifully hand-carved prong-set shell cameo. The cameo itself features the right-facing profile of a beautiful young woman with with lots of wavy hair and wearing a headband with a bow (or a butterfly?) at one end. The other end of the band shows a small petaled flower. Also, she has a lovely smile on her face and is wearing a petaled flower at her right shoulder (see photos included with this listing).
The brooch measures just about 1⅛\"down by just over⅞\" across - and the cameo itself is almost that size. Overall condition is EXCELLENT, no dents or dimples or anything else wrong with the silver or the cameo. You can begin wearing this ring as soon as you remove it from it\'s wrappings.
