This is an OUTSTANDING Museum Quality WW2 German NCO Officer\'s Sword. It is extremely well marked, with all matching numbers. It has Waffen stamps on the spine, on the top of the Pommel, on the Drag, under the Cross Guard. It also has a Mirror Bright Blade that has Never been sharpened or re-tipped, and is tight to the Handle. Celluloid Handle is tight to the Blade,with the Original Wire tightly wound and intact. There are NOwiggles, NO jiggles. Italso has a rare gun metal blue anodized scabbard, that is near mintcondition, with NO dents. The only issue with this one is the leather pull strap has come loose (not uncommon). Other than that this is as close to mint as any you will everfind, and is also as well marked as ANY I have ever seen!!! It is dated 1938, E.F. Horster.
