This is an early Mauser bayonet may be WWI or from WWII. It has an inverted blade like Austrian M1895 and Czech bayonets but there are no marks at all on this one. Most of the Austrian & Czech ones are marked. The baronet is an original vintage piece and not one put together. It is in used but good condition with no rust or pitting on the bright blade and no breaks on the wood handles. It is a little longer than the other ones with a 11 3/8 inch blade and 16 3/8 overall length. I start all my sales at $2.00. It has nothing to do with the quality of the item, I let the buyers decide what it is worth. Good luck offerding on this vintage Mauser bayonet.
