Here is one police squad car you don\'t often see. It is a 12" long tin friction powered 1961 Olds Super 88 four door hardtop made by Yonezawa ( Yone or Y ) of Japan in the early 1960\'s. The car is very clean and in excellent 100% original condition with all parts intact included is the original box. There is a strong friction motor with siren sound, rotating emergency light and working windshield wipers as well. The black and white finish has a brilliant luster with no dents or dings. There are a few minor scuffs and scrapes to be showing. Some factory touch up can be seen in spots as well. Trim is all bright with some typical age tarnish on side strips. Plastic windows are crystal clear with no cracks, breaks or shrinkage and still firmly attached. Highly detailed interior has separate large plastic steering wheel. Satin black base is like new with no wear at all. Rubber tires are all flawless with no cracks or flat spots. Friction motor runs like new; long, strong and smooth with great siren sound. When motor is engaged the roof mounted emergency light rotates and windshield wipers move back and forth. Everything works smoothly as they should. Original factory box has great color graphics. Box shows major wear with some fading to base and older tape repair residue. Some correct cardboard color paper back tape repair has been made to inside of lid corners. No offending odors. A wonderful tinplate toy car rarely seen in this body style. You can\'t go wrong with my unbelievablylow, low starting offer and ..........as always.
