10 Inch Rack Mount 1U for the ZimaBoard and ZimaBoard 2

A 1U tray that seats a ZimaBoard single-board server in a 10 inch mini rack, printed to order in matte black PETG. The board slides in from the front and sits behind a retaining lip; the ports face forward. No adhesive, no modification to the board.

Designed From The Published Specification

• Fits: ZimaBoard 832, 432 and 232, 138.7 x 81.4 x 34.9 mm, per Zima's own specification table - all three share one chassis.
• Also fits: ZimaBoard 2, 140 x 83 x 31 mm per Zima's specification - the tray is sized to this larger footprint, and the shorter board seats under the same lip.
• Opening 142 x 40.9 mm: 1 mm of side clearance on the ZimaBoard 2, 1.65 mm on the original, 2 mm above the taller original board.
• Faceplate 248 mm wide on EIA-310 10 inch hole spacing; 1U (44.5 mm) tall.

• Single piece.
• Vented rhythm-slot face for airflow across the passively cooled board.
• Fits any 10 inch / 254 mm mini rack with standard square or round holes.
• Part measures 248 x 80 x 44.5 mm. Matte black PETG.

Printed To Order

Each unit is printed fresh in our shop on calibrated printers and inspected before it ships. Lead time is typically 1-3 business days. Minor layer lines are normal for FDM 3D printing and part of the finish.
