For better results, it is recommended to use a windproof lighter for heating. Thank you.Operation Steps:

  1. Use large scissors, a utility knife, or large nail clippers to cut the filament at an angle, making sure both contact surfaces are flat.

  2. Insert the two filament ends into the PTFE tube and push them together so they are in tight contact.

  3. Align the splice point with the center of the flame, place it into the splicer, and ignite for about 3 seconds. Leaving it too long will affect the lifespan of the splicer and the PTFE tube.

  4. Let it cool naturally for about 10 seconds, then continue cooling it with a sponge dipped in water.

  5. After cooling, remove the spliced filament and push the PTFE tube away from the splice point.

  6. Use the double-headed anti-cut hand tool knife to open the PTFE tube. Be careful to insert and remove it according to the arrow indications.

  7. Following the arrows on the tool knife, push the PTFE tube in on the right side and pull it out on the left side.

  8. Remove the PTFE tube from the filament. Splicing is complete.
