I had a problem with my recently purchased ink cartridges. Ken took my call and was friendly, knowledgeable, polite and professional. He listened carefully, explained my options and told me he would follow up with an email with detailed troubleshooting tips. The email arrived within a few minutes and I was able to solve my problem. I definitely will buy from this company again.
