Honesty is our policy and we try to work as hard as we can to take care of our customer's. We do offer combined shipping on items that are won on the same day, unless it is otherwise noted. We will do our best to minimize shipping costs on multiple orders, as long as they are paid for on the same invoice. We ship through the USPS and we do our very best to ship within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment.
We ship utilizing the USPS, and our standard form for shipment is first class bubble shipping with tracking for anything up to 16 ounces, and from there we utilize what makes the most sense to satisfy your order. We do not ship pwe nor do we ship with the standard envelope program; as both have had major issues. We will combine shipping at a rate of .25 cents per card on average, and lots will be taken on a case by case scenario. We will strive to do our best to keep shipping costs as low as we can, but shipping rates do keep going up.
We utilize managed payments as our accepted form of payment(s). You have three days from all sales end to submit payment and immediate payment is expected on all other sales. We thank you for taking the time to look at our products and let us know if you have any questions.
Returns are accepted if the merchandise arrives damaged or if it is not as described. The only exceptions are graded cards and unopened new merchandise. You know exactly what you are getting with those. We would appreciate positive response upon receipt on your merchandise as a way to tell us that you are satisfied. Once positive response is left, we will do the same for you.
