The issue is, but not limited to, DEAD PIXEL ON RIGHT SIDE OF LCD. The IMEI is clean, and it is locked to Verizon. It was updated to the latest iPadOS 16.7.16. The battery is in working condition, but the run time & wear are unknown and not guaranteed. There are many minor scratches, scuff marks, and wear. This listing includes ONLY the iPad. The following are NOT included: instruction manual, cables, charger, or any other accessories. It comes with a 30-day warranty.

HANDLING
We have one business day handling time for all non-freight items. However, we guarantee handling times of the same business day only if payment is received before 8:00 AM Eastern Time (EST) Monday through Friday. Items paid after 8:00 AM EST on Monday through Friday may still go out on the same day, but are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day. Purchases paid for on weekends, holidays, or after 8:00 AM EST are guaranteed to be shipped out on the next business day.
RETURNS
If the item differs from what is stated in the listing in any way, please contact us first and we will try to resolve your issue the best we can. We may be able to offer replacements or exchanges in some circumstances. Any items returned to us that are still in good working condition will be considered as being returned because of buyer’s remorse and are subject to receive a refund of the original price minus both the original shipping and return shipping costs. Additionally, an extra deduction from the refund may be made for items that are returned in a condition that differs from when it was originally shipped.
