Asus SBW-06D2X-U Blu-ray Writer

This item was purchased by me as an Open Box item and was never used. Item includes everything that originally came with it, including the drive, stand, cable, manual, and Asus BD Suite. Item is in excellent condition. Drive may contain a few light scratches and fingerprints. Please note that the Asus BD Suite states that it includes Power2Go and PowerBackup however I am unsure if they are functional copies, meaning not previously activated, due to the item being purchased as Open Box. I am selling this item with the disc but do not guarantee that any software included can be installed/activated.

Buyer must be: 1) At least 18 years of age, and 2) have a United States shipping address.

Payment

Non-DOA Guarantee

• Seller provides a limited 5 day non-DOA (Dead on Arrival) guarantee.
• If a defective item is received, Buyer must contact Seller within 5 days following receipt of the item to initiate a return. Please do this by messaging Seller directly for further instructions.
• Item must be returned in the same condition as received.
• Any physical or software alterations to the product automatically voids this guarantee.
• No other guarantee or warranty, express or implied, is provided.

Fraud Mitigation

• In order to limit fraud, Seller maintains a list of unique product identifiers, such as serial numbers.
• If Buyer attempts to defraud Seller, Seller reserves all its right under the law, including, but not limited to, filing a criminal complaint, pursue litigation, or submit any debt to a debt collection agency.

Right To Cancel

• Seller, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel any sale.
• In the event a sale is cancelled by Seller, Buyer will be entitled to any money paid.

SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES RELATED TO PERSONAL INJURY TO ANY PERSON OR PERSONS, PHYSICAL INJURY OR DEATH TO ANY PERSON OR PERSONS, OR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE STEMMING FROM THE PURCHASE AND/OR USAGE OF THIS PRODUCT. Jurisdiction of the Courts

• This sale shall be governed by the internal laws of the State of New York.
• All disputes will be litigated exclusively in the federal, state, or small claims courts of Suffolk County, New York, United States.
• Each party shall bear their own legal fees, including reasonable attorney’s fees, except where this Terms and Conditions Agreement provides for the recovery of reasonable attorney’s fees. The prevailing party in the dispute may be awarded court costs.

Other Terms
If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, for any reason, the other provisions, and any partially enforceable provision, shall not be affected thereby and should remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent.
