* **What works:** The unit powers on successfully, the display screen is functional, and it successfully connects to Wi-Fi. The internal sensors indicate that ink is present.
* **The issue:** The printer is currently stuck on the "Please Wait..." screen (as shown in the photos) and will not successfully initiate or execute a print job.
* **Cosmetic condition:** The printer is in good physical shape with normal signs of light surface wear, dust, and minor scuffs from use. The scanner glass and ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) are intact and in great condition.
