Specially designed for the print head feeding channel of Snapmaker U1 3D printer. It strictly matches the original conduit's 6mm outer diameter and 650mm standard length, enabling zero-tolerance replacement of the factory PTFE tube. Even beginners can complete the replacement easily.
Flexible and Wear-Resistant Material
Made of high-purity virgin PTFE material through one-piece extrusion molding. It features both strong flexibility andexcellent wear resistance. It will not become brittle, deform or have fuzzed inner walls even after long-term operation under 260℃ high-temperature printing environment. It fundamentally avoids common faults such as filament kinking and path clogging, maintains a smooth feeding state throughout the process, and lays a solid foundation for stable printing output.
Improved Feeding Stability
The smooth inner surface reduces friction, allowing the filament to flow freely inside the conduit. It helps prevent clogging and extrusion issues, so as to guarantee the printing precision during long-duration printing processes.

TIPS:
Scheduled Maintenance: Inspect the inner wall of the PTFE feed tube for signs of yellowing, fraying or deformation upon every 30 hours of accumulated printing runtime. Immediate replacement is required if any defect is identified. The rated safe service life of this PTFE tube is 1500-3000 hours.
