GIGABYTE G292-Z20 Rev A00 2U 8-GPU Server - AMD EPYC 7453, 128GB RAM, Dual 2200W PSU This is an absolute beast of a server - tested, working, and ready for its next build. It is a GIGABYTE G292-Z20 Rev A00 enterprise GPU server, designed for serious compute workloads. It supports up to 8 PCIe Gen4 x16 GPU slots, making it a great platform for AI/LLM work, virtualization, rendering, heavy lab workloads, or high-end homelab experiments. The system currently has: 1× AMD EPYC 7453 CPU 28 cores / 56 threads Max boost clock up to 3.45GHz 128GB DDR4-3200 RDIMM RAM Installed as 2×64GB Plenty of open DIMM slots for upgrades Supports up to 1TB with RDIMM or 2TB with 3DS RDIMM/LRDIMM 2× Intel Optane H10 M.2 SSDs Dual 2200W redundant power supplies GPU risers/backplane present No GPUs included Storage support includes: 2× 2.5" Gen3 NVMe/SATA/SAS hot-swap bays 6× 2.5" SATA/SAS hot-swap bays 2× M.2 slots, currently populated with Intel Optane H10 drives The server has been tested and boots properly to BIOS/BMC. It is currently running Arch Linux, but I can ship it with another Linux OS installed upon request. This machine has been run for less than 100 hours. It was purchased and shelved while waiting for NVIDIA GPUs, but that build never materialized. I’m selling because business has been slow and I need to free up some cash. Sad to let it go, but this deserves to be put to work.Important notes No GPUs are included GPU risers/backplane are present Tested and working Boots to BIOS/BMC Dual 2200W PSUs included This is an enterprise 2U GPU server, so it is large, heavy, and loud Great for compatible double-slot PCIe Gen4 compute/workstation GPUs such as NVIDIA L40S/L40 or RTX A6000-class cards, with buyer responsible for verifying exact GPU model fitment, power cabling, airflow/cooling requirements, and OS/driver compatibility. Consumer RTX 3090/4090 cards may not fit depending on model size and cooler design. Please review the specs and make sure this system fits your intended use. I’m happy to answer any questions or provide more photos/info.
