WHAT IT FITS -- PLEASE CHECK THIS FIRSTThis is the 750W supply for the HP ProLiant DL180 G5 and DL185 G5. It is NOT the later Common Slot (CS) unit that fits DL360/DL380 G6 and newer, and it is not interchangeable with HSTNS-PL18, PL29 or the other 750W HP supplies you will see listed. HP used the same wattage across several incompatible generations, which catches people out constantly. Please match the part number above against your server or your existing supply before you buy. If you are unsure, message me the part number off your current unit and I will tell you honestly whether this one matches.
A NOTE ON THE FORM FACTORThis is a slot-in hot-swap module that mates with the power distribution backplane inside the chassis. It has no output cables and cannot be used to power a standard ATX motherboard, a desktop PC or a mining rig without a third-party breakout board.
