These switches have been factory-reset. When we plugged an ethernet cable into each of the 48 main ports, the lights for most ports illuminated green, but ports 3, 15, & 31 on one switch lit for only a moment, then went dark, while ports8, 14,18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 29,36, 45, & 46never lit at all. On the other switch, ports2, 3, 7, 19, 36, 37, 38, and 39 did not light.We received these items from a client of ours in this condition, and cannot fully test them. There might be missing parts and/or other functional issues that we are not aware of.
