Iomega Zip 250 USB External Drive (Z250USBPCM), Tested, with AC Adapter, USB Cable and 6 Disks

Iomega Zip 250 external drive in translucent blue, model Z250USBPCM, manufactured November 1999 and assembled in the USA.

Tested working on an Apple M1 Mac Studio running macOS 27. Both included 250 MB disks were erased and reformatted in this drive, and the drive mounted right away with no extra drivers needed. (See the Disk Utility Zip 250 USB drive (Z250USBPCM)

  • Original Iomega AC power adapter (AP05C-US, 5.2V 1.0A)
  • USB cable
  • 2 × Iomega Zip 250 MB disks in jewel cases, both already tested in this drive. One is a plain black disk that shows faint marks where an old sticker was removed (see photo).
  • 4 × Zip 100 MB disks in jewel cases. The Zip 250 drive reads and writes both 100 MB and 250 MB disks.

    • Every disk is formatted and verified before shipping, and I'm happy to format them for Mac or PC on request. Any disk that fails is replaced.

The rear panel has USB, DC power and Iomega's PC Card (PCMCIA) connector. The PC Card adapter cable is not included.

Condition: light surface scuffs on the top case from normal use, with no cracks. Please see photos.

Ships USPS Priority Mail, well padded, within 1 business day. US shipping only. 30-day returns accepted.
