If yourdrive is not recognized by macOS or Windows when using this M.2 Nvme enclosure,please check the following:
1. New SSDformatting required: A brand-new SSD must be initialized and formatted beforeit can be recognized by the operating system. Use Disk Management on Windows orDisk Utility on macOS to perform this process.
2. Filesystem compatibility: Ensure your drive is formatted with a file systemsupported by the target operating system:Windows: NTFS or exFAT is recommended/ macOS: APFS or HFS+ is recommended Drives with unsupported file systems maynot appear in the operating system.
If the driveremains unrecognized after these steps, please contact support for furtherassistance.
Keep YourData:
1. When youneed to take out the SSD, please perform a safe removal operation on the devicebefore disconnecting it from the device. Do not remove the NVMe M.2 enclosureand SSD forcibly to avoid data loss and hard drive damage.
