Testing & Functionality. Unless expressly stated as tested, items are untested. The Buyer acknowledges that vintage electronics and components can fail unpredictably and accepts the risk of non-functionality or the need for service, calibration, repair, or parts replacement.
Safety / Hazardous Materials. Vintage parts may involve high voltage, heat, sharp edges, or other hazards. The Buyer agrees to handle, install, and use items safely and in compliance with applicable laws, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.
Identification & Serial Numbers. Model and part numbers are based on visual inspection and publicly available information and are not guaranteed to be complete or definitive.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to economic loss, loss of use, or personal or property damage, arising out of the purchase, ownership, or use of the item(s). By purchasing, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts this limitation of liability.
Indemnification. The Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the Seller harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of the Buyer’s misuse, installation, resale, or subsequent transfer of the items.
Shipping. U.S. customers only. Items will ship to the confirmed address associated with the Buyer’s account. Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer when the carrier accepts the package. Any damage or loss during transit must be reported to and handled with the carrier.
Jurisdiction. The sale is deemed to occur in the State of Wisconsin, and any legal dispute shall be governed by Wisconsin law with venue in Wisconsin courts.
