Product Description:
The Océ 356 UVgel 1965C024 Black Ink is specifically designed for use with the Océ Colorado 1640 printer, a revolutionary wide-format printing system known for its high productivity, quality, and versatility. The Océ Colorado 1640, utilizing Canon's innovative UVgel technology, has set new standards in the large format print industry, particularly for businesses focusing on both indoor and outdoor applications. The 356 UVgel black ink plays a crucial role in this system, providing deep, rich blacks and exceptional print quality that is essential for a wide range of graphic applications.
**Key Features and Benefits:**
- **Superior Image Quality**: The Océ 356 UVgel Black Ink is engineered to produce deep and rich black tones, crucial for achieving high contrast, sharpness, and detail in printed images. This results in exceptional print quality that meets the demands of various applications, from banners and posters to wall coverings and beyond.
- **Instant Pinning and Curing**: Canon's UVgel technology features the instant pinning of ink droplets upon contact with the substrate, followed by immediate UV curing. This process ensures precise dot placement and dimensional stability, contributing to the superior image quality and consistency across prints.
- **Low Temperature Curing**: The UVgel ink system cures at lower temperatures compared to traditional solvent or UV inks. This advantage makes the Océ 356 ink compatible with a broad range of media types, including thin and heat-sensitive substrates, expanding the range of possible applications without the risk of media distortion.
- **Odorless Prints**: Prints produced with UVgel 356 Black Ink are virtually odorless, making them suitable for indoor environments such as retail, hospitality, and healthcare, where odor from traditional solvent inks may be a concern.
- **Durability and Scratch Resistance**: The cured UVgel ink forms a durable and scratch-resistant film on the substrate, ensuring long-lasting prints that can withstand handling, installation, and outdoor conditions. This durability is particularly important for applications where prints are exposed to environmental factors.
- **Environmental Benefits**: The UVgel ink technology is designed with environmental considerations in mind, emitting low levels of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Additionally, the efficiency of the UVgel system and the reduced need for over-laminates contribute to a smaller environmental footprint.
- **Enhanced Productivity**: The Océ Colorado 1640, paired with UVgel 356 Black Ink, offers high-speed printing without compromising quality. This efficiency is crucial for print service providers looking to increase throughput and reduce turnaround times.
- **Seamless Integration**: The Océ 356 UVgel Black Ink is formulated for seamless compatibility with the Océ Colorado 1640 printer, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and ease of use. The system's automated maintenance routines further minimize downtime and maintain consistent print quality.
The Océ 356 UVgel 1965C024 Black Ink for the Colorado 1640 printer exemplifies the synergy between advanced ink technology and cutting-edge printer design. This combination delivers unparalleled print quality, productivity, and versatility, enabling businesses to expand their offerings and meet the needs of a diverse clientele in the competitive large format printing market.
