Made with soldered copper heat pipes and aluminum cooling fins, this Noctua product is both durable and effective. Additionally, the fan operates at a relatively low noise level of 22.8 dB, making it a quiet yet powerful choice for cooling your computer system. This item is brand new and never used, but I did not see a factory seal. Box was opened just to check the contents and then closed right back up. Everything looks great and in its place. I take pride in my perfect response so please offer in confidence. Good Luck!
