Condition:

These vintage hard drives are in excellent cosmetic condition for their age. All available units have intact original warranty/security labels and show no visible corrosion, dents, or significant damage.

Please note: Due to the age and storage history of these vintage drives, minor differences in cosmetic appearance, label placement, or label wear may exist between individual units. The drive you receive may not be the exact physical drive shown in the photos, but it will be the same Seagate ST3243A model with the same specifications and part numbers.

One unit includes an additional jumper settings sticker (shown on the last 2 photos), while the other units do not. This difference is cosmetic only and does not change the model, specifications, or compatibility of the drive.

Item Source / Provenance:

This item comes from the remaining inventory of ABC Resellers, a Texas-based computer sales and repair business established by my late father. His business specialized in vintage computer systems, legacy hardware, components, software, networking equipment, and professional repair services, helping customers maintain and support computer technology throughout the changing landscape of personal computing.

The inventory from ABC Resellers was accumulated over decades and represents a unique collection of vintage technology from the early personal computer era through later generations of computing. This item remained stored as part of the original business inventory and is now being carefully photographed, documented, and individually liquidated as part of the estate process.

Please review all photos carefully, as they are part of the item description.

Compatibility should be verified by the buyer before purchase. Vintage computer hardware is sold as a collectible/legacy component due to age.
