Seagate Enterprise Capacity 3.5 HDD v4, model ST6000NM0034, 6TB 7200 RPM 12Gb/s SAS drive pulled from a NetApp system (NetApp P/N 108-00389+A0, X316A-R6 / SP-316A-R6). The drive still has its NetApp firmware (NA00). It has been wiped and reformatted from NetApp's 520-byte sectors to standard 512-byte sectors, so it works in most standard servers, RAID controllers and SAS HBAs.
