Our grades only describe the cosmetic condition of the item, the items are always guaranteed to operate within normal specifications and they all pass a rigorous multi-point operational stress test and port check to ensure functionality. This standard goes for all of our items, and unless otherwise specified as "For Parts or Repair" or "Salvage", items can be expected to work just as a new item would, barring any disclosed cosmetic defects.

- Open Box: The item is in excellent, new condition with no wear. The item may be missing the original packaging or protective wrapping, or it may be in the original packaging but not sealed. The item may be a factory second. See the listing and photos for full details and description.
- Seller Refurbished: Cleaned, detailed and restored to excellent condition by either us or the manufacturer. See listing for more details.
- Grade A: Excellent condition, like new used.
- Grade B: Good condition, possibly some minor cosmetic defects such as scratches, chips or scuffs.
- Grade C: Fair condition, more substantial cosmetic defects such as small cracks in casing or housing, warping, cosmetic oxidation (on places other than the PCB, so non-critical and non-electrical components)
- Salvage: Items which are not functioning properly or at all, and are in need of repair or sold to be used for parts.
