That is a Texas Instruments TI-99/4A, which was introduced in 1981. Your silver-and-black version with the full-travel keyboard is the classic early 1980s model, before TI later switched to the beige plastic case in 1983.
A few quick clues from your photo:
Full-travel keyboard = the improved “4A” model (not the earlier 1979 TI-99/4 with chiclet keys)
Silver aluminum-style top case = early production 1981–1982 era
The later 1983 versions were usually beige plastic
These are pretty collectible among retro-computing fans because the TI-99/4A was one of the first 16-bit home computers.
