All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, separate from the actual delivery time.

We ship using standard shipping, either through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the best available option. When an order is placed, the estimated delivery time range is provided based on standard carrier timelines. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days from our location, depending on the destination. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

📦 30 Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery date. Note that outgoing shipping charges are non-refundable; however, we will provide a return shipping label. Also note that we cannot take back any return without the original box and packing materials/accessories. Be sure to keep all this until you are sure you won't be returning it. Please be advised that all items are inspected before processing any refunds, Sorry, no exchanges.

Defective Items: Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery date for a refund.

Non-Defective Items: Non-defective items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Opened items must be in resellable condition and include all original packaging and accessories (if it came with any)

A restocking fee may be applied if the returned item is not in a condition suitable for resale. Restocking fees are determined based on the item’s condition upon return.

Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their intended use prior to purchase.

Damaged Items:In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please refuse shipment if the damage is external, or notify us within 48 hours if the damage is concealed. Note: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to issue a refund when and if the claim is settled with the carrier, depending on the total claim amount.
