This is a Wacom Intuos 2 graphics tablet, model XD-0405-U HV4XD 5V. It includes a pen and is compatible with both PC and MAC devices via USB connectivity. The tablet has dimensions of 18 inches x 14 inches.

This comes from my oldest son's closet. He is an artist and he used this in the past. He uses a different technique now. But this one allowed him to create designs on his laptop while having the drawing space here on the table. It works well. You'll have to get your own Mouse if you want one. It's in good shape. Use it to create art or patterns or architectural plans. Use it the way you want to.
