These are the same dual top Mostek memory IC’s that were used by Apple in the APPLE III computers. They’re rare, since to my knowledge they were never used in any other commercial product. The price is per chip, or discounted based on the quantity purchased.
These are New-Old Stock parts that came from the inventory of an electronic repair technician who passed away unexpectedly. 20 of them are datecode 8226 and in the original Mostek antistatic tube. 5 of them are datecode 8227 and in an unlabeled antistatic tube. They are all ‘presumed’ to be working. Since they’re vintage parts though and I have no way to test, please consider them to be As-Is and untested.
