The printer is new and never been used in the box. Sealed inks , manual and CD are included. Sealed inks are included. New old inventory and inks might have a chance to dry out. The manufacturer box has wear.

* For defective or damage product, please contact us within 7 days after the package arrive. We will provide free shipping label for the defective product. No defective product report after 7 days of the package delivery. The buyer must ship back the product with all the accessories and packaging stuff.

** For unopened or new printer, we accept the return within 30 days. The buyer need to pay two way shipping cost and 15% restock fee.

* For used or not the same condition as we ship, we accept the return within 30 days but the buyer needs to pay two ways’ shipping cost and 25-50% restocking fee. It depends on the condition what we receive.
