Our DOA Policy. - PLEASE READ COMPLETELY BEFORE PURCHASING FROM US......
I will describe how we list items and process DOA returns so that everything is clear..
Before we list an item we power test it if it requires power, if it is a motherboard we test it while in the system before dismantling, if it is a peripheral device that we can test on or in a system we do. All devices that require a special device or specialty experience that we do not have our testing begins and end with power testing. After testing we inspect for physical damage or inconsistencies . If there is any wear outside of the normal of a used item we either mark the item to note its damage or wear in the listing or we scrap it . We then place a number of company marks on the board with invisible ink and place security seals on the board to discourage tampering or desoldering of components.
IF YOUR ITEM IS DOA YOU MUST CONTACT US THROUGH MESSAGING TO GET AN RMA #
When a buyer initiates a DOA claim we issue them a RMA number and await the return. When the return arrives we inspect the item for our invisible company markings and inspect the security seals for tampering. If either of these are missing or if the seals have been tampered with the warranty is void. we then check the item to see if it works and that all the components are in working order. If the item is DOA or not as listed we will exchange the item for one that is working (if we do not have inventory for exchange we will issue a refund of the purchase only, we do not refund shipping). If the item is in working condition we offer to ship the item back(at the buyers expense) or we issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
Our preferred carriers are FedEx and USPS. Your item will be shipped to you via one of these carriers unless specified otherwise.

Please note that we do not refund shipping charges
We do not refund incompatibility on the buyers behalf

We are not responsible for any passwords left on networking equipment
We do not accept returns on any items that are new and/or sealed
If your item is damaged upon arrival, please keep all original packaging and we will file a claim with the carrier. DO NOT REMOVE SECURITY SEALS FROM UNIT, IF YOU REMOVE THESE UNITS WE WILL NOT HONOR ANY RETURNS WHATSOEVER
If you have any problem with any product, please contact us ASAP through message system only, so that there is a valid record on file.
Buyer must pay (or make arrangements with us) within3 days of purchase, otherwise sale will be cancelled
Returns are for DOA only - Must notify us within3 days of receiving merchandise
