DEAD ON ARRIVAL POLICY
If you receive a defective, damaged, non-functional, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of the product’s arrival on 's message system. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference. Industry Elements will cover reasonable and customary ground shipping fees for returning such items. It is crucial to notify us within the 2-day window upon receiving the product.
FINAL SALE AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
