This is Digital Research Advanced 104 key Windows keyboard with removal ergonomic palm rest. This includes an AT to PS/2 adapter. This is not a USB keyboard.
This is new in box and sealed but it does have some shelfware as it is over 25 years old.
The box is in good condition with very minor squashing. The UPC symbol has been cut out likely for a warranty claim in the \'90s.
