Laptops are preowned and will have typical scratches/scuffs, possible minor dings/dents, and light wear.

This lot of 2 consists of

(1)MS-16H2 i7-4710HQ 12GB Ram 128GB SSD GTX860M. This laptop has back panel damage with scratches and dents. There is damage to the back edge vent plastic, it's missing all the foot pads, a very dented front left corner, and a small crack in the left side next to charging port. It has scuffed, dented and scratched corners, sides and edges as well. This laptop does not include a battery.

(1)MS-15H5 i7-4720HQ 16GB Ram 128GB SSD GTX965M. This laptop also has a very damaged back panel with scratches, dents, and paint peel. It is missing some foot pads, and the edges are scuffed, dented and scratched. There is also a broken vent cover on the back left side. This laptop does not include a battery.

The battery and Power supply are NOT included with laptop.

PAYMENT

• Payment is expected within 3 days after sale end date.
• PayPal payments are processed immediately (during business hours).
• We process credit card payments through or by using PayPal.

SHIPPING

• WE SHIP TO THE LOWER 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other country or territory.
• We ship via UPS. If your item is less than $40 and weighs less than 2 lbs. we may choose to ship via United States Postal Service at our discretion.
• Items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received.
• LOCAL PICKUP:
  • If you plan to pick up your item from our warehouse, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready when you arrive.
  • Any item that is picked up from our facility will be charged 6% sales tax. Internet purchases are not exempt from sales tax and shipped items will be charged sales tax according to buyer's location.

• We strive to have 100% satisfaction. If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to try to resolve any issue.
• Buyer has two weeks (14 days) from date of receipt of item to notify us of any problems.
• Buyers' lack of knowledge or software, drivers or hardware will not be considered a warranty issue.
• Buyer MUST contact us prior to returning item.
• Item must be returned at buyer's expense. ** Unless MCBIA has made a shipping error, return shipping arranged by buyer will not be reimbursed.
• Item must be packed in original shipping materials.
• Our technicians will diagnose item within three (3) business days of receiving.
  • If item is found to be faulty: At our discretion, replacement will be shipped or a full refund (including original shipping charge) will be issued.
  • If item is found to be in advertised condition: Buyer shall be reimbursed purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee or $5.00 (whichever is greater). Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

• If item has been damaged in transit, buyer should contact us via email or phone to file a UPS damage claim. PLEASE DO NOT file an return for transit damaged items.
