This listing is for two 2.5-inch SFF hard drive caddy trays and eight mounting screws. Each tray comes with four screws for securing a compatible drive. The G176J-style carrier is intended for selected Dell systems equipped with a matching 2.5-inch hot-swap drive bay.

Other PowerEdge, PowerVault or Precision configurations may use a similar-looking tray. The server model alone does not confirm fitment: some models were sold with different drive-bay sizes, backplanes or carrier designs. Please compare your original caddy and the product photos before ordering.
Check Before Purchase
- Confirm that your system has 2.5-inch SFF hot-swap bays. This tray is not for a 3.5-inch drive bay.
- Compare the original tray’s front handle, release latch, side rails and mounting-hole positions.
- Check the part number on your existing carrier, if available.
- Confirm that your drive and server backplane support the intended SAS or SATA installation. The caddy is a mechanical drive carrier; it does not convert a drive interface.

Installation Notes
Attach each compatible drive to a tray using four supplied screws. Follow your server manufacturer’s drive-installation procedure, and back up important data before servicing an existing drive. Align the carrier with the bay and insert it gently; do not force the handle closed if the tray does not slide or latch correctly.
