Components may also be discreetly marked with UV ink or feature tamper-evident warranty stickers. Any returned item must identically match our records, and tamper seals must be fully intact to receive a refund.
3. Installation: Computer components are sensitive to electrostatic discharge (ESD) and improper installation, please take caution in installing components to ensure damage doesn't occur.
Returns & Warranty Policy
30-Day Returns Accepted: We stand behind our hardware. If you change your mind or the item is no longer needed, you may return it within 30 days. Items must be returned in the exact original condition they were sent.
User Damage & Alterations:Returns will be carefully inspected upon arrival. In accordance with ’s Seller Protection Policy, returns that arrive damaged due to user error or missing original accessories will be subject to a deduction of up to 50% of the refund amount.
Security & Fraud Prevention: All serial numbers, MAC addresses, and unique PCB markings are meticulously logged and photographed prior to shipment. Components may feature tamper-evident security seals. Any attempt to return a swapped or different component will be immediately reported to Trust & Safety and local authorities.

Shipping & Handling
- Items are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment.
- Your component will be securely packaged in an anti-static bag (where applicable) and shipped with ample padding.
- We only ship to the verified address provided by at checkout. We cannot alter the shipping address after payment is made.
