• What filament types does this desiccant protect?

  This 4A molecular sieve desiccant is designed to help protect a wide range of filament materials during storage, including PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, PA and more. It is suitable for use in Bambu AMS systems, filament dry boxes and sealed spool containers.

• Does this desiccant contain cobalt chloride?

  No. It contains no cobalt chloride color-change chemicals. Use the included digital hygrometer to monitor humidity and know when the desiccant needs recharging.

• Can I use these beads with DIY 3D printed desiccant boxes?

  Yes. The 3–5mm beads work with organza bags, DIY 3D printed desiccant boxes, AMS trays, spool inserts, and dry box containers.

• What is included in the kit?

  Each kit includes 2LB of 4A molecular sieve beads, 1 digital hygrometer, 10 reusable organza bags and 1 measuring scoop. Everything you need to set up moisture control across multiple filament spools or storage containers is included in one package.

• When should I recharge the desiccant beads?

  Check the digital hygrometer regularly. When humidity rises above your target level, recharge the beads with controlled heat, let them cool completely, then reuse.
