ASUS Zenbook S 16 (model UM5606WA). SOLD FOR PARTS / NOT WORKING.
The fault: the built-in screen does not work properly. It shows glitch lines or stays black, and sometimes comes on only at certain angles of opening the lid (see photo 2).
What works: the laptop powers on and runs Windows. It works normally on an external monitor (photo 3).
