The Alphacool Eisbecher Aurora reservoir features an integrated pump top for high-performance D5 pumps and comes with a VPP Apex pump. The reservoir tube is made of glass, while the D5/VPP pump top and the lid are made of acetal. The combination of these two materials gives the reservoir a distinctive and elegant look. Twelve digitally addressable RGB LEDs in the pump top and the Lighttower water effect inside the glass tube create a striking visual impact. Extensive mounting options Mounting option 1: Feet are included, allowing the reservoir to be mounted on the bottom of the case, among other options. Mounting option 2: 120mm/140mm mounting brackets are included, enabling the Eisbecher Aurora reservoir to be attached to any available fan headers, radiators, or radiator fans. Pump: The VPP Apex pump forgoes a spherical bearing and uses a ceramic shaft. The motor coils have been moved from the inside to the outside. The modifications result in a significantly more stable and quieter pump operation, with a substantial reduction in vibrations. A further positive side effect is that power consumption has been almost halved.
