This is an Apple Newton MessagePad 2000 which received the MessagePad 2100 memory upgrade, so it's functionally equivalent to a stock 2100 model, with 4 MB of internal RAM instead of 1 MB. I originally purchased it on myself 20+ years ago, and it's mostly just been in my closet since then.
The bundle includes:

• MessagePad device with stylus and attached screen cover
• external keyboard with serial connector adapter
• one 2 MB memory card
• one 4 MB memory card
• extra stylus
• original AC charger
• Newton-branded carrying case with a stand.

Things which are good about it:

• Boots up fine, and everything I tested works as expected (stylus calibrates, apps run, cards read, speaker plays sound, etc.)
• Good physical condition
• Backlight is still bright

Things which are a little unfortunate:

• Battery is dead, so you'll need to use it on the charger or get a replacement battery
• Case surface is a little sticky from age (not a spill or anything, just old rubber)
• Backlight makes a humming sound when activated (old capacitors in the boost circuit)
• Some scratches on the inside of the screen cover (see last image)

I've left a bunch of random applications installed in case a buyer might find them useful or interesting, but most of them came from the prior owner rather than from me.Hopefully it will find a new home with someone who can appreciate what a remarkable device it was for its time. :)
