It is the vintage Screen Reader Keypad Cable used to connect the 18-key Model M Screen Reader Keypad to an IBM PS/2 Screen Reader Adapter Card.The keypad side uses a 6-pin SDL connector, while the adapter side uses a 4-pin DIN connection to route both data and power.
