Welcome to studio1gems!
Several years ago, my wife was hired as the Editor-In-Chief of a floral magazine. At the time, she wanted to be sure she had every tech advantage she’d need for the job, so she ordered this state-of-the-art 27” Wacom Cintiq graphics tablet, which cost her somewhere around $3,000. That same week, “just to compare the two”, she also ordered an Apple Mac system with a large touch-screen monitor, and when the Mac arrived first, she set it up, turned it on, and never looked back!
About a week later, this tablet arrived, but she was already neck-deep the next issue, so I put it in our clean, dry and warm utility room, and…
Ever since then, this BRAND NEW Wacom Cintiq DTK2700 has been sitting there, waiting for my very busy wife to “find the time” to return it — but she never did — so it’s not only still in its original box, but still in its original box’s original, unopened shipping box from the Wacom factory, which is why most of the photos in this listing are screenshots from the Wacom store on Amazon: because I didn’t want the hassle of opening the box and then having to try and remember how it had previously been packed, in order to get it to fit into the box again, for shipment to you.
As you can see from my screenshots, this exact model — the Wacom Cintiq DTX2700 — is being offered for $3,399, new, or $1,549 used. We are asking $1,899 (which is $1,500 less than Amazon’s current price for one in exactly this condition, in hopes of clearing up some space in the basement and letting someone else benefit from this great piece of tech. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask!
P. S.: This was ordered brand new from the factory and my wife and I have been its only owners, ever, so the only difference between what your $3400 would buy you on Amazon and what your $1899 will buy you here are the $1,501 you’ll still have in your bank account, when you receive it!
HAPPY offerDING!!!
