Used condition, in original box with paperwork. Speakers are in decent shape, they have indentations in the plastic from the way the cord was sitting from years of storage. I tested them and they work as they should, sound normal for a cheap pair of PC speakers. Off white/beige color. Decent economical set for an older PC setup.
