TESTING & COSMETIC NOTES:
This is a USED WORKING item in GOOD cosmetic condition that IS THOROUGHLY TESTED and is GUARANTEED WORKING AS DESCRIBED
This unit powers on and successfully loads the BIOS interface, confirming its core hardware is operational; however, it does not include a hard disk drive (HDD) and will not boot an operating system or save data until one is installed (IDE connection). This means users can access system settings and perform hardware diagnostics, but additional storage must be added before running applications or installing an OS. *Please note that there is a piece missing from bottom of unit, as well as some cosmetic scuffs present. Please see last 2 images for details*
